- Vercel — hosts this website and runs the code that receives your submission.
- Resend — transmits the submission email to our inbox.
The driver prequalification form saves a draft of your answers in your own browser (local storage) for up to 7 days so you can finish later; that draft never leaves your device until you submit. The full driver employment application collects the information required by FMCSA regulations (49 CFR Part 391), including your Social Security number, date of birth, license details, and employment history, and is transmitted over an encrypted connection and handled as confidential. Typed signatures on that application are recorded with a timestamp under the U.S. ESIGN Act.
