Rental Terms

For truck rental and lease services:

• Renters must maintain valid insurance coverage as specified in the rental agreement
• Vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Renters are responsible for all damage, loss, or theft during the rental period
• Rental rates and terms are as specified in your rental agreement
• Early termination may result in penalties as outlined in the agreement

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the service:

• Driver Compensation: Paid weekly via direct deposit as specified in employment agreements
• Owner-Operator Payments: Paid according to load completion and agreement terms
• Rental Payments: Due according to the rental agreement schedule
• Late payments may incur fees and interest as permitted by law
• All payments are subject to applicable taxes and deductions

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our website and in our Services are owned by or licensed to KRYPTON. You may not:
